An experienced, self-driven Digital Analyst required to help support our clients through Print/Digital transformation projects.
You will be reporting to Phillip, our Services Lead. This role is initially contract/project-based but has the potential to become permanent as the organization grows.
What you’ll do:
Interpret and present actionable insights, you will need to have a solution-based & active mindset, with the ability to translate business problems into clear & concise reports that can be actively consumed
Regularly review performance, looking at both quantitative data and qualitative insight to help clients identify improvements to their digital publications that enhance the customer experience and generate ROI
Following project through the full project life-cycle working in an agile environment
Work Closely with our Services and Product team to deliver fast pace high profile client-facing project
Advanced experience working within Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
Experience working on Mobile and desktop optimization projects
Skilled communicator with the ability to identify and engage key stakeholders
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Nice to haves:
Ideally some SQL knowledge
Strong commercial/Retail awareness
Experience of working with both agencies/in a client-facing role
