Job requirements

The work you’ll do…

  • Be the operational backbone of HR: Own and maintain all HR-related systems (e.g., Personio, Asana, Notion, Dropbox Sign, Zapier, Figures HR, Process Street, etc.)

  • Drive process excellence: Identify and implement improvements and automations that make HR work smoother and more scalable

  • Ensure continuity: Support key HR functions such as contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation so we’re never blocked when someone’s on leave

  • Uphold HR data integrity: Monitor and manage accurate data across our systems, and prepare reports that inform better people decisions

  • Contribute to employee success: Support initiatives like bi-annual HR check-ins with team members, feedback loops, and retreats

  • Be a key partner in team enablement: Train others on systems like GTD, Work Stack, Security protocols, and other core operational tools

  • Take initiative in energizing culture: Help plan energizers, HR-led brainstorms, and team-building activities to keep our culture thriving

  • Grow into a true culture carrier: Bring consistency, reliability, and people-first thinking into everything you do

What we’re looking for…

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or people coordination roles

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., Personio, Asana, Zapier, Notion, Process Street)

  • Proficiency in data handling, reporting, and process documentation

  • Experience working remotely with a high level of autonomy

  • Confidence in training and onboarding others on tools and workflows

  • Intermediate-level professional. You are willing to learn about all areas of HR and elevate the team’s and your understanding through training and research

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Bonus: proficiency in Dutch or Spanish
