The work you’ll do…

• Craft & refine the product vision: Transform high-level strategy into clear, customer-centric roadmaps and actionable plans

• Manage the lifecycle: Own backlogs, define well-scoped user stories and acceptance criteria, and align with stakeholders

• Lead agile delivery: Run sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives; work closely with engineers to ensure quality and speed

• Coordinate across teams: Serve as the glue between product, engineering, QA, design, and business units

• Track forward momentum: Monitor delivery progress, remove roadblocks, manage risk, and ensure commitments are met

• Optimize continuously: Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., adoption, conversion, retention), iterate based on real data

• Improve processes: Enhance how we ideate, build, deliver, and learn from our digital product

• Value realisation: Drive initiatives to customer adoption and measurable impact, not just delivery to production
