Job requirements

The work you’ll do…

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Marketing — from sourcing to offer stage.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on ideal candidate profiles, and create compelling job ads that reflect our tone and culture.

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking in global talent communities.

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Facilitate structured interview processes, scheduling, guiding evaluations, and coaching hiring teams to make data-informed hiring decisions.

  • Track and report on recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, candidate quality, pipeline health) to continuously improve effectiveness.

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career page updates, and employee spotlights to attract top talent.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and templates in collaboration with the People and Ops teams.
