• Know how to translate product vision into structured roadmaps and action plans.

The work you’ll do…

• Turn product strategy into clear roadmaps and well-scoped tickets

• Own and maintain the product backlog for one or more development teams

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth delivery and clarity

• Coordinate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

• Act as the go-to person between product, engineering, and business teams

• Track progress, manage risks, and keep everyone aligned and accountable

• Help drive improvements in how we build, deliver, and learn from our product
