Job requirements

The work you’ll do…

Build and maintain QA strategies, documentation, and tooling.
Take ownership of testing new features and fixes at multiple levels (manual, exploratory, automated).
Mentor junior QA(s) and support cross-product testing.
Expand automated web and device test coverage (RSpec, Playwright).
Collaborate across teams to triage and reproduce issues.
Continuously improve QA processes, frameworks, and team-wide practices.

What you’ll bring to the team:

4+ years of relevant experience in software QA (manual + automation desirable).
Strong experience writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and acceptance tests.
Strong understanding of UI/UX patterns and web/mobile app testing.
An analytical mindset and the ability to work across multiple products.
Bonus / Plus: Experience with TypeScript, CircleCI, Cucumber Studio, Jira, and Asana.
