Publitas acquired PromoButler, a leading platform in the retail promotion industry dedicated to connecting consumers with the best deals and offers.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Content/Social Media Manager who understands the Belgian market and can effectively communicate in Dutch, Flemish and French. The successful candidate will manage content across our platform, schedule campaigns, and create engaging content for our social media channels.

Take ownership by:

Content Management:

Upload promotional folders to PromoButler (ensure automation where possible).
Ensure all content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
Campaign Scheduling:
Plan and schedule campaigns on PromoButler, including push notifications and banners.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
Social Media Management:

Create and curate content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Post regularly and engage with our community on social media platforms.
Develop strategies to increase our social media presence and drive engagement.
Email Marketing:

Write and create email content for PromoButler campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email content aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Job requirements

This challenge will suit you if:

  • You are fluent in Dutch, Flemish and French.
  • You have good knowledge of the Belgian market and consumer behaviour.
  • You have a proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • You are familiar with social media and email marketing best practices.
  • You have strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • You have a creative mindset with a passion for engaging and innovative content.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Bonus: Previous experience in a similar role or in the retail promotion industry.
