Publitas owns Promozilla, a leading platform in the retail promotions industry that connects consumers with the best deals and offers. Promozilla is similar to Folders.nl, our Dutch platform aggregating promotional folders, deals, and discounts from a wide range of retailers.

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who understands the French market and can communicate effectively in both French and English. You’ll take ownership of our content, campaigns, and social presence, helping us grow engagement and deliver value to users.

This role is for you if you…

  • Are fluent in French, and have a good understanding of English (Written and spoken)

  • You are based in France

  • Have a strong understanding of the French market and consumer behaviour

  • Have hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Understand content creation and social media best practices

  • Have experience managing content calendars and campaigns

  • Have basic skills in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)

  • Are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Enjoy creating engaging, creative, and performance-driven content

  • Can work independently in a remote, async environment

  • Are open to working 20–25 hours per week on an hourly basis

  • Need constant direction or structured processes to get started

  • Prefer stability over change and experimentation

  • Are comfortable in environments where average performance is accepted

  • Struggle with remote work or async communication

  • Wait for permission instead of taking initiative

Job requirements

Own and execute Promozilla’s content and social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and optimize content across social platforms

  • Manage and grow social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)

  • Build and engage an active online community

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and content calendar

  • Analyze performance and continuously improve content strategy
