Publitas turns static, dead PDFs into interactive, shoppable digital content discovery experiences for global brands. Across our consumer platforms like PromoButler and Promozilla, we help European shoppers discover the best local retail offers and discounts in one paperless destination. Our platforms rely on high engagement to keep deal-hunters returning and to drive digital catalog folder opens.

As a Social Media Creator (PromoButler), your mission is to convert short-form social media attention directly into platform traffic and boosted folder opens. We are not looking for a corporate social media strategist who only manages schedules from behind a desk. We need an energetic, hands-on, native-fluent content creator who loves getting in front of the camera, hunting down top retail deals, and leveraging modern AI workflows to scale short-form video output across social channels.

What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)

We don't measure you by years of experience; we measure you by outcomes. Here is what you will achieve in your first 3 months:

• Day 30: You have seamlessly taken over the PromoButler Instagram and TikTok channels, establishing a reliable content cadence without drop-off. You have built custom AI prompts and workflow templates (using tools like Gemini, Claude, and CapCut) to cut your video creation and offer-tagging time in half.

• Day 60: You have tested and validated new short-form content formats (unboxing, trend hijacks, street interviews, and retailer store visits) across Dutch and French social feeds. You have established a clean workflow for capturing store footage across Belgian retailers and running localized content experiments.

• Day 90: Your short-form video engine operates with high speed and precision. Your top-performing video formats consistently drive measurable lifts in Belgian follower growth, social engagement, and direct folder opens on the PromoButler platform.

• Creator-First Mindset: You don't just follow social trends, you hijack them. You understand hooks, audio clips, pacing, and visual storytelling that stop the scroll on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• AI-First Efficiency: You don't create every post from scratch. You leverage AI voiceovers, automated clipping, and smart prompt templates to publish high-quality short-form content at scale across multiple languages.

• Radical Proactivity & Mobility: You don't wait for a script to be handed to you. When a client books a TikTok campaign or a major retail discount drops, you grab your gear, head to the store, and shoot the content yourself.

The Non-Negotiables 

• Boots on the Ground in Belgium: You must be based in Belgium with a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation to visit partner retail stores for on-location shoots. Retailers demand specific store locations across Belgium; a car is a strict operational requirement for time and efficiency.

• Native Belgian Language Mastery: Fluent in both Flemish (Belgian Dutch) and French (Walloon), with an intuitive understanding of local Belgian phrasing (which differs significantly from Netherlands Dutch, knowing when to use "promotion" vs. "offer").

• On-Camera Charisma & Short-Form Video Skills: High comfort level appearing on camera, filming yourself, and editing scroll-stopping content using CapCut, InShot, or native mobile suites.

• Applied AI Competency: Active daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, AI video generators) to script, translate, voiceover, and automate content output.

• Flawless Asynchronous Communication: Strong written and spoken English for collaborating with our async, global team.
