Job requirements
The work you’ll do…
Own the end-to-end solutioning process for deals, from discovery to final proposal
Lead customer discovery sessions to deeply understand technical and business requirements
Design tailored solutions and architectures that align Publitas products with client goals
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take full ownership of scoping, cost estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation
Support RFPs and technical questionnaires with clear, high-quality responses
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, guiding them through complex decisions
Collaborate closely with Sales, CSM, and Product to ensure solutions are viable and impactful
Design custom features, integrations, and enhancements where needed
Maintain clear documentation (technical designs, implementation plans, test plans, SOWs)
Ensure tools and systems (e.g. HubSpot, Asana) are consistently updated and accurate
Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the deal lifecycle
Provide structured feedback to Product teams to improve the customer experience and roadmap
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Publitas products and services
What success looks like in 6–12 months…
You independently own complex deals end-to-end, from discovery through to signed SOW, with confidence and clarity
You consistently deliver high-impact demos and solution designs that directly influence deal conversion
You’ve built strong relationships with Sales, CSM, and Product, becoming a go-to partner in strategic deals
Your scoping and estimations are accurate and reliable, enabling smooth project delivery post-sale
You proactively identify opportunities for custom solutions or integrations that drive additional revenue and client value
You are recognized by clients as a trusted advisor, not just a technical resource
Your documentation (SOWs, technical designs, plans) is clear, structured, and reusable, improving team efficiency
You actively contribute actionable product feedback, influencing roadmap decisions, and improving customer experience
You take full ownership of improving how we work by proactively identifying gaps, suggesting solutions, and driving process improvements (e.g. demo flows, RFP responses, estimation frameworks)
You operate fully autonomously in a remote environment, driving outcomes without needing direction
